Jane Binder
Jane Binder is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. She has a BA in Political Science from Michigan State University. Jane is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), a national Organization of a highly selective group of family law attorneys, and is a past president of the Minnesota chapter. She is repeatedly nominated by her peers as a Super Lawyer and is listed in the Top 50 Women Lawyers and Top 40 Family Law Attorneys in Minnesota. She was selected by the Hennepin County Family Court to serve as an Early Neutral Evaluator, providing parties and their attorneys with feedback about the financial issues in their cases. She is also a mediator and she frequently lectures on family law issues.
