Jane Binder is a Minneapolis, Minnesota, matrimonial attorney with experience as a successful trial lawyer, skilled negotiator and a qualified mediator. She has been designated as a "Super Lawyer" each year since 1996 and she has been named as one of the state's top 50 women lawyers and one of Minnesota's top 40 Family Law Attorneys. She is a fellow and a past president of the Minnesota chapter of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Ms. Binder also serves as a Financial Early Neutral Evaluator (FENE) in Hennepin County, where she evaluates the financial issues in a divorce and provides opinions on how the issues can be resolved.
Lee Novelli is a Minneapolis attorney with more than ten years of experience as a trial lawyer, advocate and negotiator. She has been designated as a "Rising Star" and presently serves on the Board of the Hennepin County Bar Association Family Law Section. Ms. Novelli also serves as a limited scope attorney in Hennepin County Family Court.
